Yoga is the calming of the fluctuations of the mind

Asana, or the yoga we are most accustomed to here in the west, is just one small
piece of this beautiful tradition that has been carried from teacher to teacher for
thousands of years.
Asana translates to “a comfortable seat”, and is intended for us
to create the capability to sit in stillness and go inward so that we can remember
the ultimate truth: We are all divine beings.


Of course there are other benefits to asana - accessing the subtle body, sthira and
sukha or strength and gentle movement, the uniting of the breath and the body, and
moving through stagnant emotions. But what I love most about asana is that it
allows me access to stillness. It allows me to go inward and cultivate self-
awareness. It allows me both transformation and true restoration.


Through your yoga practice, I invite you to do the same. To be guided by the breath
and access the deeper, more subtle aspects of your being. To never stop your
search for stillness and peace and remember the ultimate truth: We are all divine.

Michelle has been studying and practice yoga for over 25 years.
She completed the Radiant Body Yoga 200-hr teacher training
in the fall of 2024, and she is currently in the process of her
500-hr certification with Kia Miller and RBY.


Michelle offers holistic classes that blend vinyasa, hatha,
kundalini, pranayama, mantra, and meditation. She welcomes
yogis of all levels who wish to explore beyond the pose and
engage the subtle body as well as the physical. Michelle puts an
emphasis on nervous system restoration and divine alignment in
her classes and workshops, and offers private group and 1:1
sessions for a customized yogic experience.


Michelle offers breathwork and meditation sessions based on tantric pranayama
yoga practices. These include multiple techniques either to invigorate and focus,
or calm and restore. She incorporates yoga nidra, or yogic sleep, into guided
meditations to fully relax and restore the body and mind.


She is available for group sessions at yoga and wellness studios, private 1:1
sessions, or can serve private events as sessions are fully customizable.

Michelle is a certified level II Reiki energy practitioner and has been practicing for 11
years. She uses her medical intuition to offer a spirit-guided session that helps clear
blocks, and move energy leaving you feeling calm and centered. Michelle specializes in
animal reiki, where she can offer psychic insights through reiki treatments. She has
helped with canine and feline behavioral and medical challenges, offering insights that
are sometimes overlooked by a strictly western medicine approach.


During a Reiki session, Michelle serves as a conduit for universal Prana, allowing it to
flow through her hands and into the recipient. The goal is to rebalance and clear the
energy pathways, facilitating a state of relaxation and well-being. As the energy flows, it
can stimulate the release of emotional or physical tension stored in the body which
encourages healing on multiple levels. The gentle touch and energy transfer in Reiki
can dissolve blockages and foster profound emotional and physical relief.

Through divination, Michelle will work with you

combines traditional tarot readings with energy healing,
providing a holistic experience that aims to bring your own
knowing to the surface.

Michelle was born and raised in New York, and has spent the past 25 years working in veterinary medicine, education, and integrative wellness. She is a specialist in veterinary anesthesia and pain management, a 200-hr registered radiant body yoga instructor, Level II Reiki practitioner, meditation and breathwork instructor, and holds multiple certifications in adult learning principles and instructional design.


After undergoing treatment for breast cancer in 2021 followed by a diagnosis of stage IV endometriosis, she became deeply engaged in yogic practices to help heal her dysregulated nervous system and live a balanced life. She now shares these practices to help others heal, with a focus on nervous system regulation, divine alignment, and kundalini yoga techniques. In 2024, she moved to Albuquerque New Mexico, and enjoys drinking tea, spending time in nature, listening to music, and making up songs about her cats.
